Just had an AMAZING experience with the dentist and staff at Tender Smiles 4 Kids of Roselle. The customer service was excellent from the time I made my first call to make an appointment until the end of the actual of the appointment. They are a true PEDIATRIC dental office, serving children WELL. I am grateful to have found them and anticipate continued great experiences moving forward.

This dental office exceeded all of my expectations! As a parent of a child with special needs, I can’t express how grateful I am for the patience, kindness, and compassion they showed my son. The entire team was knowledgeable and had the right tools and techniques to help him stay focused, follow directions, and feel comfortable throughout his visit. They never rushed him and made the experience positive for both of us. I highly recommend this office to any family, especially those with children who have special needs!

This was my daughter's first visit, and I was very impressed with the experience. She is nonverbal and on the autism spectrum, so I was understandably nervous about how the appointment would go. The staff was incredibly patient, understanding, and accommodating throughout the visit. They took the time to make her feel comfortable, and we were able to successfully complete her examination and discuss the next steps for her care. I would highly recommend this practice for all children, especially those with special needs.

Absolutely amazing experience at Tender Smiles! Dr. Juan was incredible with my son and made the entire visit feel comfortable and fun. The staff’s energy was unmatched from the moment we walked in everyone was so welcoming, positive, and caring. You can truly feel the great atmosphere throughout the entire office. My son loved every bit of it and actually left excited to come back. Highly recommend Tender Smiles to any parent looking for an amazing dental experience for their kids!
